Hotlines and Warmlines

You'll get through this. You are so much more than what has been done to you.

This is a page where we're hoping to compile as many hotlines and warmlines as we can. Even if you don't need them now, please feel free to save the lines to your phone or bookmark the webpages if you think you may need them one day.

You might be asking what a warmline is. To our knowledge, a warmline is a helpline that will not call law enforcement, the way some hotlines might if a person is in crisis. We haven't called these numbers, so please do still proceed with caution, and look into the numbers and resources yourself if you are able to right now.
